If you are a pre-school provider we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the rules and also bring them to the attention of your staff. As indicated in the ECCE contract, pre-school services that avail of AIM are obliged to comply with the AIM Rules.&nbsp; When necessary the rules will be updated occasionally to reflect developments in the sector.
